Fin & Pearl has partnered with Bear Creek Farms for an evening of land and sea selections prepared by Executive Chef Matt Farley and expertly paired with spirited libations. We are proud to work with vendors that source sustainable ingredients. Whether it’s land or sea fare you fancy, (we won’t judge), this tasting menu will be sure to offer something for everyone.
Carrot ginger with jumbo lump crabmeat and herb oil
Surf n Turf: seared sea scallop, braised pork belly, collard green pesto, sweet tea gastrique, collard chips
Baby spoon spinach, honey crisp apples, red onion, bleu cheese, roasted butternut squash, cracker jacks with bacon, dijon champagne vinaigrette
Braised short rib, carrot pear slaw with caraway seed, crawfish demi-glace and brandade mash potatoes
Goat cheese panna cotta, candied bacon, pistachio, bourbon crème anglaise
